Cancellation and Refund Policy for the Mega Reunion of LFC School

⁜ Date of Event: 22nd December 2024

⁜ Registration Fee:

• ⁜ The registration fee for the Mega Reunion is Rs. 1500 per person. This amount covers the following:
  • • Entry to the biggest Reunion of LFC School
  • • LFC Hoodie / T-shirt
  • • Reunion Souvenir (The Official Reunion Book)
  • • Breakfast, Lunch, Hi-Tea
  • • Evening Entertainment Event
  • • Venue Costs (Hutatma Smruti Mandir Hall)

⁜ Non-Refundable Items:

• • The registration fee includes several items and services that will be printed, sourced, or booked after membership confirmation. Therefore, the cost associated with the LFC Hoodie, Reunion Souvenir, meals, and entertainment cannot be fully refunded once registration is confirmed.

⁜ Refund Eligibility and No-Show Policy:

• • While the registration fee is largely non-refundable, the following guidelines will apply in case of cancellations or no-shows:
  • • Up to 30% Refund (Donation to LFC School): A maximum of 30% of the registration fee may be refunded if a cancellation request is made before 30th November 2024. However, this refund will not be returned to the attendee. Instead, the 30% will be donated to LFC School for development purposes through the Ex Students LFC Alumni Trust. This same rule applies in the event of a no-show or absenteeism on the day of the event.
  • • No Refund After 30th November 2024: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 30th November 2024, as all items and services will be pre-arranged and non-cancellable. In the case of a no-show or absenteeism, 30% of the registration fee will still be treated as a donation to LFC School, and the remaining 70% will cover all other costs, including the LFC Hoodie, Reunion Souvenir, meals, and the entertainment event.

⁜ Item Collection:

• • If an attendee is unable to attend the reunion for any reason, they will still be entitled to receive their LFC Hoodie and Reunion Souvenir. These items can either be collected from a designated location or shipped upon request (shipping costs may apply).

⁜ Force Majeure:

• • In the case of unforeseen events such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events that lead to the cancellation of the reunion, we will assess the situation and communicate any possible refunds or alternative arrangements accordingly.

By registering for the LFC School Mega Reunion, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.
